This independent and spacious chalet, very clean , has many other advantages: It is comfortable, nicely decorated and very pleasant to live. The location, southfacing Mont-Blanc , is quiet and sunny.

It is near Chamonix centre, near Centre Sportif: tennis, swimming-pool, QC terme Wellness Centre, ice-skating rink, cross-country skiing, landing/paragliding. Near to Golf Club.

Skilifts at only 3 minutes from the chalet.

Easy access, without slope.

A living/dinning area of 30 sq, where you will spend delightful times with family or friends, opens onto a terrace , facing the panoramic view of Mont-Blanc range.
For your evenings by the fireside, you will be pleased in a cosy lounge and a warm mountain atmosphere. You will enjoy seeking refuge after a day skiing or hiking in the mountain.
TV, TV satellite, DVD player, hi-fi. Free access Internet/Wifi.

The kitchen has all the amenities and modern conveniences.

The chalet has 5 bedrooms, each one with bathroom or shower ensuite and private toilets. Beds are ready at the arrival, linen is provided (towels...).

Without fitted carpet in the chalet.

On request, private chef in the chalet/(home cooking (look at links), baby sitter, hairdresser.

A garden (barbecue), a sauna and large garages add to the comfort of the chalet.
